PT Wordle: today's physical therapy word game.
One patient case a day. You get a clue, then guess the diagnosis: search as you type, and every wrong guess unlocks another clue. Six guesses, no account needed.
Clue 1: A 62-year-old reports crushing chest pressure that radiated into the left arm and jaw three days ago and required a hospital stay.
Advanced rounds count after they are saved to your account, with a leaderboard name set. Finish today's puzzle, then sign in and choose a name to show up here.
What is PT Wordle?
PT Wordle is a free daily diagnosis-guessing game for PT students, DPT applicants, and clinicians who like a mental warm-up. Each day brings a new patient case, revealed one clue at a time: history, mechanism of injury, special test findings. You guess the diagnosis from a typeahead search box. Every wrong guess unlocks the next clue, for up to six guesses, in the same spirit as Wordle or Doctordle, but built around orthopedic and neuro presentations instead of five-letter words.
No account needed to play. A free account saves Advanced results and tracks your account streak. Choose a username to appear on the leaderboard; Beginner stays local to your device.
Two tracks: Advanced is the original puzzle, clinical-reasoning cases that hold the deciding clue back as long as possible. Beginner is a separate, easier daily case built for pre-PT applicants and early students, with more obvious clues and a longer, more explanatory answer at the end.
